The MPTS end-user interface is designed from a functional perspective for ease of use.

A standard look and feel are utilized, created specifically to meet the needs of County departmental users.

Programming
The MPTS application suite is developed in Microsoft Visual Studio and utilizes the .Net Framework.
Server Operating System
MPTS utilizes Microsoft Server 2012 to 2022 for hosting the application suite.
Database

MPTS utilizes Microsoft SQL Server 2012 to 2019 for database functions. Multiple security layers have been implemented, including SQL Security and an application-level robust security module, which allows security to be defined by system administrators down to the field level.

MPTS suite utilizes the Microsoft operating system, and currently supports the following:

Reports
MPTS Utilizes Crystal Reports XI to generate reports.
